What is Elite Athletic Performance (EAP) Conditioning?
This program is a series of steps designed to enhance sports performance by working with the individual athlete on boosting their mental game, which ultimately enhances one's physical performance. In this 2-month program, the athlete dives into specific targeted areas to remove doubts, clear blockages, and increase self-confidence (performance). The tools implemented in this conditioning program are specific for athletic support.

III. Implementation
Over the course of 2 months (8 weeks), I guide you through an individualized program tailored specifically to your targeted areas. The foundational piece of this program is developing your ability to resource and empower yourself on and off the field, with the focus on athletic performance, confidence and the power of the mind to inform your decision-making skills. Raising your awareness to shape and create your optimal performance, perhaps only imagined in your dreams, is within your grasp.
Open lines of communication are kept with you regarding your progress and areas of focus to adequately and accurately assess and adjust protocol. The methods listed above are customized and tailor-fit to provide you services which accommodate and address your main areas of focus. The program evolves to remain relevant to the areas you would like to enhance as we continue to expand and develop our relationship to ensure optimal success.
The basic outline/time commitment of sessions is provided below:
Initial visit to establish rapport on your home turf (30-90 minutes).
3 weekly In Person/Skype sessions for 3 weeks, approximately one hour each. As our sessions evolve, we may conclude that sessions need only be 30 minutes, followed by potential assignments/goals to explore between sessions.
Following the 3 weekly sessions over 3 weeks, we will explore dropping to 2weekly, 30 minutes-one hour sessions for the remaining 5 weeks, depending on what feels best given your relevant desired outcomes.
